• We deduct 20% commission from all jobs (that is how we are paid)
• All job rates quoted are GROSS, meaning before commission & tax
• Depending on the job, rates start from minimum wage up to hundreds (or even thousands) of dollars
• You are considered a contractor and receive schedular payments from us.
• We deduct your withholding tax at a rate that you choose between 10-20%
• As this is contract work, you are paid when we are paid (which can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks)
